IAVS extends financial support for publishing in VCS

The International Association of Vegetation Science (IAVS), on behalf of which Vegetation Classification and Survey (VCS) is published, has decided to continue financial support for its members wishing to publish in the journal.

To be eligible for the waiver, the manuscript must list an IAVS member as the first author and qualify for no special funding for article publishing provided by either a project, a university or a country.

The decision, announced by IAVS Publications Committee Chair David Zeleny, offers an extension of a policy that was previously in force until 30 June, 2023.

The support will continue until further notice.
