Vegetation Classification and Survey journal included in Scopus

Less than two years after the foundation of Vegetation Classification and Survey (VCS), Scopus - the world’s most comprehensive literature and citation database - made the decision to include our journal in their databases.

The successful selection by Scopus highlights the pronounced international composition of our editorial team and the fact that our articles have already been fairly well cited by publications in other journals. 

As a result, from now on, VCS will be receiving a CiteScore; while citations of and from VCS articles will be counted by Scopus. The inclusion of VCS will become visible in the Scopus’ relevant databases in a few weeks’ time.
